What you have to trust
UP9000 combines immutable application contracts with operator settings, external DEX contracts, wallets and infrastructure. The limits of each are described here. This is not an audit certificate.
Platform buy and burn
PolicyPlanned policy: use 50% of net platform fees to buy UP9000 and send it to the dead address for the first year.
The Treasury Safe executes and manages purchases. This is not automatic or enforced by contracts.
The Safe may pause or extend the policy. While paused, unspent funds stay in the Safe.

- The supply of every coin. Fixed at launch, never minted again.
- The curve it trades on, and the price at every point of it.
- The fee split, snapshotted when the coin was launched. A later change to our policy does not reach it.
- The liquidity a graduated coin locks. Nobody has a key to it: there is no withdrawal function to call.
- Every trade, every duel and every claim, in the order they happened.
Where the money goes at graduation
Infinity graduation wraps native BNB into WBNB and seeds a canonical PancakeSwap pool. Its direct liquidity position and surplus launch inventory stay in the Locker with no principal withdrawal path. Fee balances and vested buyback tokens are separate and can be withdrawn by their beneficiaries.
The Infinity pool has a 0.25% base LP fee plus a 1% hook fee; external protocol fees can also apply. Collected fees allocate about 35% to creator balances, 35% to buyback and lock, and 30% to treasury, with integer rounding. Every buyback batch vests for five years, 70% creator and 30% treasury. It is not a burn or a reward for all holders.
Pool creation is separate from the final buy. Our funded keeper normally completes it, subject to gas and spending limits. Anyone can also complete it using the reserved funds and paying only gas. If no pool exists after seven days, a sell escape opens. Buybacks use separate keeper transactions with price limits.
The creator record
Every coin’s page names the wallet that launched it and links to that wallet’s record: how many coins it has launched, how many graduated, how much of each coin’s supply it has sold, and whether those coins were still worth half their opening price a week later.
None of it is a score we award. It is what the chain already says, read back in one place, so a wallet that has launched and dumped nine coins cannot arrive at the tenth looking new. A wallet on its first launch is marked as such, because that is the one case where there is nothing to read.
What the operator can do
A guardian multisig holds a pause, and a timelock holds everything else. Both are contracts, and both are on the list below.
- Pause new launches, new buys and new attacks, for at most seven days at a time, and only after a cooldown since the last pause.
- Approve quote assets, update future launch terms, raise reserve ceilings, or rotate the buyback keeper through the 48 hour timelock. External DEX administrators have their own pause and protocol fee powers.
- Hide a post or ban a wallet from the message boards.
What the operator cannot do
- Use the launchpad guardian pause to block curve selling. A completed curve awaiting its pool has a separate seven day sell escape rule.
- Use the launchpad guardian pause to block claims, settlement, graduation or fee collection. External contract failures can still affect availability.
- Change an existing coin’s supply, curve formula or snapshotted curve fee split. This does not freeze external DEX protocol fees.
- Move, borrow or unlock liquidity, on the curve or in a pool.
- Upgrade a contract. None of them is upgradeable.
- Take a coin off the chain. This site is one way to look at it, not the coin.
